EASY MAPLE GRANOLA
Can be doubled or tripled. Not a real sweet granola.
2 cups old fashioned oats
1/4 cup maple syrup
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup nuts, chopped coarse or mixture of nuts and seeds
Any dried fruit - optional - A good 1/2 cup or so
Preheat oven to 325.
Mix everything but fruit together. Pour onto sprayed baking sheet in single layer.
Bake about 20 minutes or so, until just golden, stirring halfway through.
Cool and stir in fruit.
