According to a new study, most American men are "overfat."
That means, most American men have excess body fat that can pose a threat to health.
It’s not about weight. Or body mass. Instead, the researchers who invented this condition say even normal-weight people can be overfat.
To figure out if you’re overfat, just measure your waist. If your waist size is more than half of your height, you’re in trouble with an increased risk of chronic diseases such as diabetes and heart disease – as well as death.
On the other hand, if you’re rocking skinny jeans, you're probably OK.
