We are now getting a glimpse into the last half hour of Chris Cornell’s life.
Sources close to the Soundgarden lead singer’s wife Vicky are publicly sharing what she told them. Among the concerning actions by Cornell were his flickering their home’s lights shortly before his death, his complaining about not hearing from his earpiece on stage, slurring speech, and his complaining that he “blew his voice.”
After finding out he took 2 Ativan, Cornell got aggressive when Vicky asked what else he took. Chris was still alive when bodyguards were called over to break down the hotel room door.
The family continues to say he did not commit suicide, and is bolstered by reports from EMTs that he had track marks on his arm. Source: TMZ
