If you’re a fan of a certain Nintendo throwback system, get cracking on scooping one up before it’s too late.
Nintendo has confirmed that the last shipments of the console will be made this month. The gaming console was a hit when the company reintroduced it to the market late last year. NES was a little different as compared to its 1985 original. An HDMI port was added to the console so it could connect to modern televisions.
The black market may be the only option left for consumers to get their hands on the product, going as high as $200 on eBay.
Nintendo did address the fact that the systems have been hard to get from the start in a statement. “We understand that it has been difficult for many consumers to find a system, and for that we apologize.”Source: The Verge
