New Update in a Suspected Serial Killer's Case

Suspected serial killer Shawn Grate apparently knew what he was doing when he allegedly killed two Ashland County women.  A psychiatric report presented by prosecutors yesterday indicates Grate was not insane when he killed Stacey Stanley and Elizabeth Griffin last year.  Grate is trying to use an insanity defense in the murders.  He has already been found competent to stand trial. Grate claims to have killed another woman who was found dead in Marion County in 2007.
