STREET CLOSING: Construction of Phase 2 of the waterline installation along Mt. Vernon Ave. will begin on Monday, January 22, 2024. This phase will extend from Bradford St. to Forest St.; the traffic control measures are currently in place.
UPDATED INFORMATION AS OF 01/22/2024 – Noncompliance for Mount Vernon Ave. detours yields the necessary action for a full detour within the construction zone. Please be prepared for a full diversion within three days. Intersecting streets to access Mount Vernon shall be closed. This will only be temporary. This is for Phase 2. Phase 2 extends from Bradford to Forest Street on Mount Vernon. Estimated completion of Phase 2 is anticipated for February 12th .
