Patrol Troopers Promoted at the Mt. Gilead Post

Columbus – On March 27, Trooper Kyle A. Fox was promoted to the rank of sergeant by Colonel Richard S. Fambro, Patrol superintendent. Sergeant Fox will remain at his current assignment at the Mt. Gilead Post to serve as an assistant post commander.

Sergeant Fox began his Patrol career in November 2012 as a member of the 154th Academy Class. He earned his commission in April of the following year and was assigned to the Wilmington Post. In 2018, he earned the Criminal Patrol Award. As a trooper, he also served at the Circleville Post.

Also, Sergeant Coby L. Holloway was promoted to the rank of lieutenant by Colonel Richard S. Fambro, Patrol superintendent. Lieutenant Holloway will remain in his current assignment at the Mt. Gilead Post to serve as post commander.

Lieutenant Holloway began his Patrol career in March 2005 as a member of the 144th Academy Class. He earned his commission in October of that year and was assigned to the Mt. Gilead Post. In 2012, he was selected as Post and District Trooper of the Year. In 2017, he was promoted to the rank of sergeant and transferred to the Mansfield Post to serve as an assistant post commander. In 2022, he was a recipient of the Columbus District Thomas W. Rice Leadership Award.
