(OHIO) -The consumer financial website Bankrate is out this week with a new survey that ranks Ohio as the number one state in the nation for drivers.
Driver quality, gas prices, insurance prices and seatbelt usage were among the factors considered in compiling the list.
Iowa, Utah, Indiana and Idaho round out the top five.
California, Louisiana and Maryland are listed as the top worst states for drivers.
