Marion Public Health Announces Vaccination Clinics During Popcorn Festival

Marion Public Health will be closing at 12:00pm on Friday, September 10th in order to offer a COVID19 vaccine clinic from 1:00-7:00pm. There will also be a COVID19 vaccination clinic on Saturday, September 11th from 11:00am – 3:00pm. Both clinics will be held at the health department located at 181 S. Main Street. The Pfizer vaccine will be available and $100.00 prepaid gift cards will be available for all Marion County residents that receive their 1st dose of the vaccine on one of these two dates only. Anyone ages 12-17 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian and ID is required. The clinics will be available to walk-ins or you can schedule an appointment by calling the health department at 740-387-6520.

For the safety of our patients, as well as our staff, Marion Public Health is implementing a mask requirement for anyone coming into the building. Disposable masks will be available or you can bring your own. All health department employees will be wearing masks.
