Marion – Ohio State Highway Patrol troopers have charged a Cardington man with operating a motor vehicle under the influence, he has four prior OVI convictions. On July 9, 2020, Robert N. Robinson was driving a vehicle that was involved in a one vehicle rollover crash on Marion-Edison Rd. in Claridon Township.Troopers observed signs of impairment and he was subsequently arrested for operating a motor vehicle under the influence.
Mr. Robinson was arraigned in the Marion Municipal Court on July 14, 2020, entered a plea of guilty and was found guilty.
