Marion Police Issue Warrants for Three Suspects In The July 17th Shooting

The Marion Police Department has obtained warrants for three suspects involved in the shooting of a juvenile male (age 15) and an adult female in the 300 block of Avondale on July 17th. The juvenile male is still in Nationwide Children’s Hospital with very serious injuries. The adult has been released from Marion General Hospital with less serious injuries.

Suspect #1 is Miguel F. Gonzales; age 19, of Marion. Warrants have been issued for Gonzales for 2 counts of Felonious Assault and 1 count of Aggravated Riot

Suspect #2 is Andrew J. Cramer; age 19, of Marion. A warrant has been issued for Cramer for 1 count of Aggravated Riot.

Suspect #3 is Zachary A. Harter; age 19 of Marion. A warrant has been issued for Harter for 1 count of Aggravated Riot.

Additional charges may be filed as this investigation continues. The Marion Police Department is asking anyone with information on the whereabouts of these three young men, to please call MPD immediately.
