A Galion woman has pleaded guilty to one count of obstructing justice, punishable with up to 36 months in prison and one count of falsification, a misdemeanor punishable with up to 60 days in jail. Lashaunda Pankey of Galion appeared in Crawford County Common Pleas Court Wednesday morning facing charges from an incident where she hid a Franklin County man who was wanted on murder charges. Roshan Cumberlander, of Columbus is charged with the shooting death of his on again/off again girlfriend. Pankey admitted to letting him hide in her Libby Lane apartment.
Pankey was to the maximum sentence of 36 months in prison for obstruction of justice charge and 60 days in jail on the falsification charge.
