The Ohio State Highway Patrol Joins 6 States For OVI Enforcement

The Ohio State Highway Patrol joined forces with members of the 6-State Trooper Project to enforce and raise awareness on impaired driving.

The project ran from midnight on December 6 through midnight on December 8. The high-visibility campaign included the Indiana State Police, Kentucky State Police, Michigan State Police, Pennsylvania State Police, West Virginia State Police and the Ohio State Highway Patrol.

During the initiative, The Ohio State Patrol arrested 219 drivers for OVI.
