Former Marion City Schools Superintendent Charged With Another OVI

Former Marion City Schools superintendent and current Tiffin City Schools superintendent has been charged again with operating a vehicle while intoxicated. According to Marion Municipal Court records, 55-year-old Gary Barber was charged with OVI and a traffic lanes/line violation. According to Tiffin City Board of Education President Dr. Andrew Gase, he is behind Barber and Barber will keep his job. Barber previously pleaded no contest and was found guilty of OVI, and failure to control, through Tiffin-Fostoria Municipal Court in 2017.
