Thirty-five-year-old James E. Sounders of Marion, has been charged with possession of a controlled substance, disorderly conduct and illegal conveyance of drugs into a detention facility. On Saturday night the Logan County Sheriff's Office was dispatched to 7205 County road 121 in Rigeway. For a report of a man that appeared to be under the influence of Methamphetamine and causing issues on the property. It was discovered that Sounders had been arrested earlier in the morning for a charge of possession of drugs.
