On the afternoon of Tuesday 07-30-19 the Lincoln Park Aquatic Center was contacted by the Health Department and advised that a person that had contracted cryptosporidium at another location visited the Lincoln Park Aquatic Center prior to showing symptoms. The Aquatic Center was closed and the process of hyperchlorination has begun to disinfect the pool as a precautionary measure.
The pool will re-open Thursday 08-01-19 at Noon
