A bicyclist that was participating in the Ironman Triathlon Race was struck and killed by a vehicle Sunday morning on U.S. 23 in Delaware county. The woman was reportedly struck by a commercial vehicle at the beginning of the bike section. The woman just got out of the water and got on the bike path when she was struck. The Ohio State Patrol is still investigating. The victim's husband was still racing at the time and did not know that it had happened. The name of the victim and more details have not been released yet.
