A Marion County man is among the first to be sentenced under the Reagan Tokes Act. Twenty-six year-old Joshua Glass pleaded guilty to felonious assault, a felony of the second degree. It’s also a Reagan Tokes Act offense. Glass intentionally hit someone with his car and fled from police. Under the Reagan Tokes Act allows a judge to sentence violent offenders like Glass to a range of years in prison, not a set term. So Glass misbehaves he will spend more time in prison. Glass was sentence July 10th to a range of 4 to 6 years in prison.
