The Ohio State University is raising tuition and fees for incoming freshman students from in-state. The school presented a proposal for an increase of three-point-three percent to the OSU Board of Trustees yesterday as part of its Ohio State Tuition Guarantee, which freezes rates for incoming classes. Officials say the new rate will cost in-state freshman about 358-dollars more than last year. The proposal would also hike aid packages by the same amount to help offset the increase.
