A man is in custody in connection the body of a woman found in a shallow grave on July 4th. The Delaware County Sheriff's Office said yesterday they had arrested John David Choe Bartholomew of Columbus on suspicion of murder. Bartholomew is accused of killing Brittany McDowell and burying her in Alum Creek State Park. Authorities say Bartholomew is cooperating with the investigation, and they do not believe any other individuals were involved.
