A Waldo woman who took a turn too fast ended up trapped on top of her car submerged in water. Courtnie Hines was driving north on Ohio 98 about 2 p.m. Friday when she turned onto the ramp to go onto U.S. 23 north and lost control of her Honda Accord. Hines was able to crawl out of the driver's side window and get on the top of her car. She was rescued by a passerby who tossed her a rope and pulled her to safety.
