Two people are in custody in connection with a fire that killed a toddler in Mansfield yesterday. Police say more information on the arrests will be issued later on today, but the charges and ages of the suspects will be released. Clifton Williams says he's three-year-old daughter Chloe died in the blaze. William's house burned after a fire was likely intentionally set at a vacant home next door.

According to Mansfield Police Roscoe D. Hunter, 18, and a 13-year-old male have been arrested and jailed.
