A state trooper, wrong-way driver and Good Samaritan are all recovering after a wrong-way crash on Interstate-71. The wreck happened before 3 a.m. this morning in Morrow County when police say someone going the wrong way hit Ohio State Highway Patrol Trooper Jason Phillip's car, causing them both to catch fire. Phillips was on the way to a call about an impaired driver and was hit by that same vehicle, driven by Michael Marchak. A third person who stopped to help, Koso Tsiboe suffered a leg injury. Both Phillips and Marchak are in critical condition.
