A three-year-old girl is dead after a fire that authorities say was deliberately set. The blaze broke out early this morning at a vacant home in Mansfield, but soon spread to an occupied house next door. A neighbor alerted the residents, but they say smoke and flames kept them from getting to the child, who was sleeping in an upstairs bedroom. Witnesses told police several teens were seen around the vacant house just before the blaze broke out.
