Two Vehicle Crash On Lincoln Highway In Crawford County

Last night (2-7-19) at 10:04 PM the Crawford County Sheriff’s Office was called for a two vehicle crash on Lincoln Highway west of Parcher Road. Upon Deputies arrival they discovered a black 2005 Chevrolet Equinox that had damage to its front left side.

This vehicle was driven by thirty-one-year-old Craig S. Henry from Crestline. Also involved was a black 2011 Mitsubishi Outlander driven by twenty-seven year-old James P. Deeb also from Crestline, Mr. Deeb, declined medical treatment, but was later taken to the Hospital by family members.

It was determined that Henry was traveling west on Lincoln Highway and he swerved to avoid an animal, entered the eastbound lane of Lincoln Highway and struck Mr. Deeb’s vehicle.

Both Mr. Henry and Mr. Deeb were treated and released from Bucyrus Community hospital. Mr. Henry was issued a traffic citation for left of center.
