Last night at Marion’s city council meeting, council approved to enter into a contract with Sims Brothers incorporated, to continue curbside recycling for the City of Marion. Had it not passed, curbside recycling would’ve ended at the end of next week.
Council also approved a transfer of $10,000, to balance the budget line, due to a bonus for a court employee.
The city is also approved to purchase a Caterpillar Backhoe from Ohio CAT.
