The Ohio State Highway Patrol is investigating a serious injury crash that happened yesterday around noon. A Chevrolet Traverse driven by Tori Bailey, age 25, of Dayton was traveling northbound on State Route 203.Randall Kinsler, age 65, of New Bloomington was traveling westbound in a Kia Optima. A preliminary investigation shows that Bailey attempted to cross State Route 95 and failed to yield to Mr. Kinsler. The Chevrolet stuck the Kia in the intersection. Both cars ended up in a field. Bailey and two occupants of her vehicle, Sophia Bailey, age 5, and Railynn Bailey, age 4, were taken to Marion General Hospital. Kinsler was taken to the Ohio State University Medical Center by MedFlight.
