A Marion police officer will attend tonight's State of the Union address. Major Jay McDonald will attend President Trump's speech as a guest of Senator Rob Portman. McDonald is the president of the Ohio Fraternal Order of Police and the vice president of the national organization. He expects to hear the president address the opioid epidemic, human trafficking and other law enforcement issues.
