Jacqueline R. Miller, the woman who was found guilty last Friday of murdering her neighbor will be sentenced tomorrow. Miller, age 52, was found guilty in Marion County Common Pleas Court, of murder and possession of cocaine. She was found guilty after a four day trial on Friday. Miller admitted that she hit her neighbor, Howard Biederman, age 81, over the head multiple times with a pair of vise grips and killing him in June. State law requires that Miller be sentenced to an indefinite prison term of 15 years to life, she could be released on parole after serving 15 years. Miller's sentencing hearing is set for 4:30 p.m. tomorrow (December 21). She plans on appealing the verdict.
