The PNC bank building in downtown Marion will soon have new tenants. The building that has set vacant for more than 5 years will be rehabilitated and converted into office spaces. Lois J Fisher & Associates, a property management company in Marion bought the building from Tigertrax LTD, who bought the building in 2009. The plan as of now is to rent the basement, the first and second floors to be used as commercial spaces to companies, and turn the third floor into possible condo units. The project will cost around $500,000 to complete.
