Debrah L. Burgess, 54 of Prospect passed away early Thursday morning Sept. 21, 2017 at her home. Debrah was born Sept. 15, 1963 in Galion, OH to Howard Wright and Shirley (Pollard) Baker who survive.
She was married March 16, 2002 to Jerry Burgess who also survives along with children Tabitha (Thomas) Bryan: Sylvia (Adam) Cox; Christopher (Crystal) Burgess; Jessie (Daniel) Saft; 14 grandchildren, Asher, Owen, Charlotte, Rieley, Addison, Taylor, Rorynn, Blake, Bishop, Zachary, Dylan, Jason, Andrea, and Brad; sister Loraine (Randy) Wright; brother Matthew (Donna) Wright; niece and nephew Kristie and Nathan; aunt Karen Leary; and sister in law Patricia Harris.
She was preceded in death by step father Alvin (Bill) Baker; grandmother Hazel L. Zantler; uncle James S. Williams and brother in law Jim Harris.
Debrah was a nursing assistant at the Wintersong Village Nursing Home in Delaware for 22 years.
A Celebration of Life Gathering will be held at a later date. The family suggest in lieu of flowers memorials may be given to the Alzheimer’s Foundation.
