Last night (September 4), around 10 pm, Crawford County experienced a storm system that led to heavy damage in some areas. The Crawford County Sheriff's Office would like to caution people who are traveling through Crawford County of some specific areas that may prove to cause issues.
State Route 602 going through the village of North Robinson will have lines/trees and heavy damage. Lincoln Highway north of North Robinson over to State Route 61 into Richland County. Leesville, Biddle and Krichbaum Road is included.
The storm damage started approximately just west of North Robinson and Led over to Hook Road in Richland County.
The County Garage has road blocks set up on Lincoln Highway between Krichbaum and Nazor Road and also on Krichbaum between State Route 61 to Lincoln Highway.
State Route 602 between Crestline Road and Lower Leesville will be closed until further notice
