A new completion date for the Barks Road project in Marion has been announced. The Ohio Department of Transportation is now saying that the new date for completion will be September 1st. ODOT stated that the contractor encountered utility and weather delays early in the project.While the re-construction of a bridge continues, Barks Road remains closed between Lake Boulevard and Forest Hill Drive.
