Chinese city limiting toilet paper

The city of Fuzhou is now using facial recognition technology to cut down on toilet paper use in public bathrooms. The system scans a bathroom users face and then doles out 27 inches of TP. It won't give out any more for 9 minutes. It has worked-the city has cut toilet paper use in half. I better not order 3 chimichongos, 2 tacos and a burrito in the city of Fuzhou-it could be a big mistake.
