Ohio councilman says EMT workers should ignore OD'S

One Dayton man has been revived by nalaxone 20 times by police. When is enough is enough, asks Middletown City Counciman Dan Picard. Picard has been interviewed by news outlets around the world and says 3 times to be revived should be the limit. Middletown officials said last week they would spend $100,000 on Narcan after only budgeting $10,000 last year. Picard said he wants to send a message to the world that you don't want to come to Middletown to overdose because we may not save your life.
