A truck driver from Marion was trapped inside his truck for an extend period of time in southern Ohio. The accident happened around 10:45 a.m. yesterday, along Ohio 775 near Scottown. James Darst, failed to negotiate a downhill curve and drove off the left side of the road, causing his truck to fall down an embankment. Darst was then trapped in his truck and had to be removed by mechanical means. Darst suffered non-life-threatening injuries and was flown to St. Mary's Hospital in Huntington, West Virginia. The crash remains under investigation.
