Marion Woman Indicted for Murder

A Marion woman has been indicted on a charge of murder.  Fifty-two year-old Jacqueline R. Miller, of 327 Uncapher Avenue in Marion has been indicted on a charge of murder in connection with the death of an 81-year-old neighbor. Howard Biederman age 81 of 303 Uncapher Avenue, was found dead in his home at 7pm on June 7th. 

According to a felony complaint filed to the Marion Municipal Court, Miller admitted to hitting Mr. Biederman several times with a pair of vice grips. She claimed he made sexual advances towards her.

The vice grips have been recovered from Mr. Biederman’s home.  Bierderman suffered blunt force trauma to the head.

Miller lived two houses down from Biederman.
