ESPN cuts 100 people.

Earlier this week ESPN announced they were letting go 100 people go as a result of losing revenue. This on top of the 300 people they let go in 2015. As a sports fan I enjoyed tuning in to the various sports that were offered and didn't mind the 5 pm slot when Tony Kocheiser was on. But in the past few years ESPN has gotten into yelling and arguing and I for one don't listen or watch during the day. Stephen A. Smith, Dan Lebatard, Stugotz, et all are not entertaining. I don't need 5 or in some cases 6 panelists to digest the days sports-its not that complicated. As a sportscaster I cringe when some of the so-called sports content is aired. It's a shame when some of the basic, honest announcers are fired because they don't yell and scream like some others. No wonder ESPN is losing viewers-at least in my opinion.
