The Marion Popcorn Festival will hold their fourth annual Poppin’ Springfest on Saturday, April 8, at Tri-Rivers Career Center. Running from 9 a.m. – 2 p.m., the event will feature a craft fair, flea market, food vendors, entertainment, hourly door prizes and more.
