K9 Taz’s vest is sponsored by an Anonymous Donor and will be embroidered with the sentiment “In memory of Fanchon”..K9 Taz joined the Marion County Sheriff’s Office in 2016 with K9 Handler Deputy DJ Barron after the retirement of Sig. Taz will be joined by K9 Nero who was added to the sheriff’s office K9 program with Handler Deputy Ryan Kelly in February of this year.
