Former Marion City Police Chief, and current Marion County Sheriff's Chief Deputy, Welcome "Bill" Collins has announced his candidacy for Mayor of Marion, Ohio. This just one day after Mayor Scott Schertzer announced he will not seek another term after this current term runs out at the end of the year.
