River Valley Bus Involved in Minor Injury Crash

Marion – Troopers from the Marion Patrol Post are investigating a minor injury school bus crash that occurred on November 21, 2022, at approximately 2:52PM, on State Route 95 east of SR 98 in Claridon Township, Marion County.

The crash involved a River Valley 2007 International school bus driven by Pamela Graham, age 66, of Waldo, Ohio, and a 2002 Accura TL driven by Kerri Dailey, age 33, of Caledonia, Ohio. Ms. Graham was traveling eastbound on SR 95. Ms. Dailey was traveling eastbound on SR95 turning left into a private drive when she was struck from behind by the school bus.

Ms. Daily and her juvenile passenger were taken to Marion General Hospital by First Consolidated and one juvenile passenger from the bus was transported by Marion Township Fire and EMS to Marion General with minor injuries.

There were 16 students traveling on the bus at the time of the crash.

 Representatives from River Valley were also on scene.

The Ohio State Highway Patrol was assisted by Marion Township Fire and EMS, First Consolidated, and B & B Towing Service.
