State Health officials are partnering with ADAMH to provide overdose prevention medications to hard-hit communities. RecoverOhio announced yesterday it would be working with the state agencies to provide Narcan to some of Ohio's most needed counties. The state will provide 60-thousand doses of Narcan, a drug that has been shown to help reverse the effects of an opioid overdose, to ADAMH boards for distribution. Central Ohio counties set to receive doses include Franklin, Fairfield, Licking, Marion, and Ross.
