Around 75 Bowling Green State University students turned out yesterday for events marking the life of 20-year-old sophomore Stone Foltz, who died Sunday, following an alleged alcohol-related hazing event last week at a fraternity and the Ohio Department of Health updated the state's death total from COVID-19 for the first time since changing how fatalities are counted.
