Marion–Ohio State Highway Patrol troopers have charged a Wyoming man with operating a motor vehicle under the influence, he has four prior OVI convictions.
On March 21, 2020, Eric D. Dunlap was driving a vehicle that was involved in a one vehicle rollover crash on Firstenberger Rd. in Richland Township. Troopers observed signs of impairment and he was subsequently charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence.
Mr. Dunlap was arraigned in the Marion Municipal Court on March 24, 2020, entered a plea of no contest and was found guilty.
