Ohio State Highway Patrol troopers have arrested a Marion man for operating a motor vehicle under the influence, he has six prior OVI convictions.On January 3, 2020, William S. Smith was involved in a one vehicle non-injury crash on State Route 98 in Scott Township, Marion County.Troopers observed signs of impairment and he was subsequently arrested for operating a motor vehicle under the influence.
A request for Felony OVI charges have been submitted to the Marion County Prosecutor’s Office.
