Early Saturday morning, a Bucyrus woman was arrested and charged with operating a vehicle while intoxicated. 55-year-old Erin Fogle was arrested for OVI after she hit the Dillinger's building . An employee of Dillinger's reported a vehicle hitting the building around 2:43 a.m. Fogle's vehicle was located in front of City Hall and stopped next door at Hardees in Bucyrus. Fogle was issued a citation and released pending a court date.
