The Delaware Post of the Ohio State Highway Patrol is investigating a single vehicle, injury traffic crash involving a commercial truck, and trailer occurring at approximately 12:56 P.M. on July 26, on SR 37, in Scioto Township, Delaware County.
A blue 2014 Mack Semi truck and trailer was being driven westbound on SR37, when the vehicle was driven off the right side of the roadway, before overturning.
The driver, Mr. Donald W. Kinman of Urbana, Ohio was transported by Delaware County EMS to Riverside Methodist Hospital for non-life threatening injuries.
