A missing teen has been found dead in Delaware County. Police in Powell say the body of 17-year-old Dallas Matvey was discovered in a wooded area this morning. He was last seen alive on Sunday. Matvey's cause of death hasn't been released, but authorities say they don't suspect foul play.
