A man accused of killing a woman found buried in a shallow grave is making his first court appearance. John Bartholomew faced a Delaware County judge today on charges including murder and tampering with evidence. The body of Brittany McDowell was discovered on the Fourth of July in Alum Creek State Park. Bartholomew is being held on a one-point-five million-dollar-bond.
